Starring Frances McDormand, John Getz, M. Emmet Walsh, Dan Hedaya
A rich but jealous man hires a private investigator to kill his cheating wife and her new man. But, when blood is involved, nothing is simple.
SUNDAY MAY 26TH: Live Introduction by Dan Ewen!
Dan Ewen is a writer, producer and showrunner from Athens, Georgia, where he was a well-meaning and active C-student at Cedar Shoals High School. He created Paramount’s feature, PLAYING WITH FIRE, starring John Cena, as well as Paramount's impending Jack Black vehicle, DEAR SANTA. He recently created and ran the upcoming series, "Clean Slate", for Amazon, which he produced alongside the late, beyond-great, Norman Lear. The series stars Laverne Cox and George Wallace, and was filmed entirely in Savannah. Ewen is currently developing MULHOLLAND with Leonardo DiCaprio's Appian Way Films. The feature will chronicle the "water wars" and runaway hubris that created the teeming metropolis of Los Angeles where it had very little business existing. Ewen has also written for both USA Network and Disney, but, more importantly, penned a generally well-received article for "Flagpole" in 2003.
